If you fail to comply with my TOS it will result in being blacklisted and you will no longer be able to commission me. If you disagree with any of the statements made in my TOS, do not commission me. This is not negotiable.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
General:
Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the TOS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
Absolutely under no circumstances should my art, commissioned or not, be used for NFTs or anything AI related.
Do not edit, trace, or copy my art without permission.
Do not claim my work as your own. Must credit me when using the artwork.
Please provide a clear reference! If you do not have a clear reference, I will unfortunately have to decline.
All artwork is transferred digitally.
Keep in mind, my skill level is limited:
-I can draw: fanart, OCs, photograph references,
-I cannot draw: bara (intense muscles), furry, mecha, NSFW
Payment:I currently only accept commissions through Ko-fi, therefore, payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD. I require full payment before starting a commission. Once I receive the payment, I will start your commission.Deadlines:Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2 weeks. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time.Usage Policy:My artwork is for personal use only.
